Keyworker Group Blog

Admin: Annika - Year 5

Ever since March 23rd 2020, Booker Hill has provided care for the children of critical keyworkers during the COVID-19 situation. A group of up to 10 children have been in school every week day and they have made lots of things to share with you all.

Annika in Year 5 is our page admin for this page and here she shares her experiences of being one our amazing Keyworker Bubble children.

Egg Splat Art

 "Hi all, Today we had fun Designing And experimenting with eggs! We also did an Egg splat art, these eggs represented Humpty Dumpty. We cleaned extracted the yolk and white from the egg, washed them and filled them with paint. We then dropped them from different heights to create art."

"Today we learnt about the Olympics and how it originated. We also made medals out of salt dough, and painted them! (basically homemade play dough but it drys), had fun making homemade piñatas!"
