Welcome to Booker Hill Primary and Nursery School

From the Head Teacher

Our mission statement sets out our commitment to provide the very best education for all of our pupils. We believe that all children are capable of high attainment and we are very ambitious for them. In their report on the school in June 2009, OFSTED had high praise for the school from the Early Years through to Year 6. The following comments are just a snippet of some of the judgments that they made:

Booker Hill is a good and inclusive school... Pupils, without exception, display very good attitudes to their learning... Pupils thrive in a happy and safe environment. They achieve well, with the majority doing better than expected…They are very keen to learn and nurture high ambitions for their future lives.

Booker Hill is a very happy school. We place a very high value on working in partnership with parents and we strongly encourage them to get actively involved with the school to ensure that our children enjoy and achieve to the best of their abilities. Together, we provide the strong foundations that children need for their future success.

Friends of Booker Hill School Summer Fayre is being held on Wednesday 7th July from 3.15pm onwards.
